Using the service

Retouchly provides photo enhancement, image sharpening, and old photo restoration. By using these tools, you agree to these terms and the content restrictions below.

Prohibited content

Do not use the service for:

• Clothing replacement, clothing removal, or nudify content. We will never offer these features.
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, or harms minors.
• Illegal content or illegal uses of images.

Results are not made public and images are deleted within 24 hours after a task finishes. These privacy measures do not make prohibited uses acceptable.

Reporting abuse

Report prohibited content or misuse to our abuse address:

Reports are reviewed manually.

Credit packs and existing purchases

We offer one-time credit packs and the Plus monthly subscription (see Subscriptions below). Purchased credit packs never expire and are not invalidated by later price changes. Changes to prices and pack sizes apply only to new products; historical orders and credits already issued are not changed retroactively.

Basic enhancement, sharpening, or restoration costs 1 credit per task. Credit costs may only decrease, never increase.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. After cancelling, no further charges are made, and the plan and its credits for the current period remain available until the end of that period.

Credits issued by the subscription expire at the end of each billing period and do not carry over to the next one. Credit-pack credits never expire; when both are available, subscription credits are used first.

Refunds

For the 7-day refund window, the condition that less than 20% of that order's credits have been used, and the application process, see our Refund Policy. Subscription charges follow the same policy; see the Subscriptions section of the Refund Policy.
